Color Warranty

All plated jewelry is covered by a One-Year Color Warranty from the date of purchase, provided the product has been used according to our care instructions.

Stone Warranty

We offer a Five-Year Stone Warranty covering stones that become loose or fall out due to manufacturing defects.

Warranty Conditions

The warranty is valid only with proof of purchase.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse or accidental damage.
  • Scratches, impacts, or breakage.
  • Damage caused by chemicals or improper care.
  • Repairs or alterations performed by third parties.

Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
